Good Morning.

The best thing about stick season is the longer view.

Soul-o likes it too.

The days are so much shorter, the sunrise is so welcomed. I make tea and we go out and sit on a rock and look. And look. Breathe. Calm ourselves. There are a lot of stone walls where I am going. But these big rocks, I will miss them.

I have done a bit more stitching on A Sudden Burst of Energy, it’s pinned again to A Deep Pool of Thought. A few Sanity patches developed a bit yesterday.

I have planned to move in the coming week. I have not been feeling well but I attribute that to the stress involved. It’s all a bigger change that I ever acknowledged. I know my body and it tells me it’s big. I listen and adjust…
