You noticed enough at nineteen to make Don’t be Fooled. You noticed enough now to bring it back into the room and ask what became of the times that were changing.
That seems like plenty.
Words are only one way of leaving evidence that we were paying attention.
And if you run out of the old ones, I am entirely in favor of making up new ones. ❤️
It was nice to be able to read your words here, I am still subscribed to your emails but unable to read your posts now sadly , I love that sketch, you have such a wealth of characters in your creative spirit they make me smile, thank you 🙂
there are 2 emails now, since I switched my cloth whispering site to teaching only. This is my open blog now. If you get one that asked for a password, and you are not interested in joining that part ( the forever zone) just scroll down and unsubscribe. You will only receive the open ones from now on.
I love to see what you're working on at the moment, with or without words. I skip a lot of posts here, lacking the energy to read properly. I never skip yours.
I think it’s a place for whatever you want to scribble or paint or stitch or just stick to the wall. Or even just a kind of notebook to revisit for yourself if you want. If folks swing by, well and good. If they don’t , same. 💙
I think we’re both quite fortunate to have gathered communities of similarly minded folks around us over the years. My substack feels like a friendly village, and the comment section like chats over the garden fence in passing. Acknowledgment that we’re both still tending our flowers 😉
Jude~ No need for a ton of words...a pic of 'whatever'...a sentence, a single word...it's all good & fine. Love how this drawing has lived on and into a new time. Yeah, I agree - what happened to those times a'changing? (((hugs)))
No expectations on my end, I enjoy what you choose to send out. I use Substack for my blog and I'm not a writer, just a maker who likes a few words to go with the images, I do like the firewall from AI Substack apparently provides and the ease of email delivery for those who want it
Snapshots, drawings, story cloths, small & big thoughts, what ifs?, sentences, paragraphs or books filled with any or all of them are all welcomed and needed in these times. Many thanks for your online presence.
Jude…perhaps this place is not only for writers.
Perhaps it is for people who notice.

well I think new ones will be fun.

It’s a good place for readers, and just looking, too. You are most welcome here, and appreciated.
✌️

I lack that energy too
It’s certainly time for senators and congressmen to heed the call. Battles rage and our rage in response seems futile.
Little by little might be peacemeal.
Yeah, hate to be crude but WTF?
At least we give one!

well hi!, and thank you for swinging by.
It'll be what it can be I suppose. I should talk more, I enjoy that feature.

Yes, there is a comfort after all these years. ☺️
You are a marvelous artist! I agree, pictures are as good as words...keep it up...
oh hey, thank you.

images are rather timeless.
Good after noon Jude,
Just seeing your message in my e-mailbox seems to lift my spirits. It let me know you're still kicking down the road. Blessings to you.
Pictures are similar to words. They can tell a feeling or thought.
Hugs from Pat in Ohio
Pictures always seemed ( to me) to give others the freedom to wander off into their own thoughts.
just wondering... how's loosey?
she comes and goes, but she is fine. A wanderer.
you can always tell story with photos
yeah, it's funny, I wandered in the forest so long with out my phone, I even lost the photo habit for a while.

I like a lot of things about it , I need to give it some time to feel like home.
Looks remarkably like he who will not be named. Very fitting that it rising to the surface now. Maybe add a little orange to the skin tone.🤣
Funny how it surfaced and I said, oh!

Let's keep going.
Connection--connection--connection--that is what you give us. You don't need to apologize for anything. You are loved--just as you are
well, swell, that is all I can be, trying to be more of just me.
This is your only page I can read. I'm locked out of the other one.
This is my blog now, the other one has become the ForeverZone, the teaching stuff. it was easier to separate them.
